  My customer experience, as a mature driver, was less than satisfactory. I had 2 driver side wheels on my 2016 Mini JCW Hatch that had suffered minor kerb damage. After being informed they were diamon cut I checked on the web an found a number of locations that would complete the work within a day. I went with Fix Autos as they were in the area that my grandaughter attends school; after a conversation with the owner a verbal agreement was met on maximum price. I recrived minimal communications and felt I had to consistently call for updates; in essence the damage to the wheels required being sent for dipping followed by the painting, lacquering, diamond cutting drying etc.... I paid 2 unecessay trips to Malvern fully expecting my car to be ready; on the last call I was informed that the diamond cutter had suffered a software problem and rendered 1 wheel beoynd repair. A new wheel had to be ordered... In essence my experience was less than satisfactory with the company unapologetic and I ended having a heated discussion upon collecting my JCW. I was not willing to pay more than the verbal agreement and at no stage had I imagined there was a requirement. As an adide I had a small dent in the bonnet and asked for a price; this was quoted at £750 plus VAT i.e £900. I have subsequently received 3 quote from body highly reputable bodyshop repairers in Hereford, where I reside, and all come in at £300 - £350 inclusive of VAT. I am positive that Fix Autos, who are also on the Web as Diamond Alloy Wheels and Forward Motors, will have their own view... In essence I eould not utilise this firm in any capacity....
